Become a man who keeps his word to himself.
A 90-day guided journey to rebuild your prayer, your discipline, and your direction — one day at a time. Check in daily, reflect weekly, and ask the Ustad when you're stuck.
Your progress is saved to your account. Come back to lifebuildup.com any day — your streak, check-ins, and reflections will be right where you left them.
Show up every day. No exceptions. The bar is essential, not perfect.
Raise the standard. Sunnah prayers. Longer Quran. Earlier cutoffs.
Tahajjud. Fasting. Masjid. The man you've been waiting to be.
You don't have a motivation problem. You have a trust problem — with yourself.
Every time you promise yourself you'll pray Fajr, cut the phone at night, eat cleaner, show up for your family — and then you don't — a small part of you stops believing the next promise. That's the real wound. Not the missed prayer. The broken word.
Allah didn't ask for perfection. He asked for consistency, even small — "the most beloved deeds to Allah are those done consistently, even if small." The whole game of this deen is showing up again. And again. Especially after you've fallen.
So this isn't a productivity challenge. It's not a fitness program. It's 90 days of rebuilding the one relationship every other thing in your life depends on: the relationship between the man you say you are and the man you actually are.
The standards rise on purpose. The reflections sting on purpose. The Ustad doesn't coddle you on purpose. Because the goal isn't a 90-day streak — it's a man on day 91 who finally trusts his own word.
The 90 days sit on top of your life foundation.
The 90-day program is what you're doing right now. Your Life Foundation is the bigger picture underneath — your mission & vision, your eulogy, your must-goals, your letter to Allah, and the mindset reminders you anchor to when it's hard.
Read this before you start. Come back when you want to quit.
- 01Commit to the 90 days
No matter what, you finish the 90 days. Even if there's a day you do nothing at all, the challenge keeps going. The only way to lose is to walk away — so don't.
- 02Action over feeling
It doesn't matter how you feel. What matters is you take the action. You don't need perfect iman or the perfect mood — this is a commitment to doing the work no matter what.
- 03I will always get back up
Missing a day does not end the challenge. Quitting does. If you fall, log it honestly and show up tomorrow. That is the entire game.
- 04The standard rises with you
Days 1–30 you build consistency. Days 31–60 you sharpen the standard. Days 61–90 you live like the man you've been waiting to become.
- 05Honesty over the scoreboard
Log the truth even when it's ugly. Make up what you can — a missed prayer prayed late, a few minutes of Quran before bed. A real 60% beats a fake 100%.
"I will not be perfect. I will not quit. I will always get back up."
The promise
If that hit something in you — that's the signal. Don't let it pass. Start your 90 days today.
